NZ have the Haka, let's find our Aussie boys a traditional ritual | Thebigtip

Does the "Haka" boost the confidence of NZ's All Blacks rugby squad & terrify any opponent who dares stand in the way?

Or do they just look like a bunch of pansies putting on a show trying to look tougher than they really are?

It is not as if it's sacred for traditional Maori's only, there are some light skin brothers mixed in throughout All Blacks team and nowadays the only reason anybody knows and remembers the Haka is thanks to the two respective Rugby codes of league and union.

I'd like to see more sports take on a ritual performance, why in modern time do we no longer create new rituals??

If anybody can do with some luck and needs assistance from a higher power it would be our poor boys the Socceroos. Under a spell of misfortune the first 2 rounds of World Cup entries, don't you think we need a miracle to not be blatently rorted of yet another chance in 20--?? Why not gear up with a ritual war dance and knock the life out of not only the competitors but give the refs something they have probably never been witness to so they keep their damn distance!

Yeah we take it for granted as neighbours to NZ here and seen it all before, what if we present it on the global circuit??
